Job Description |
To ensure overall control on production.
Completion of production formalities based on orders
Material Management and Resource planning (including effective use of human resource) as per the ongoing orders.
Quality product delivery on time with maximum efforts
Analysis of cost of goods produced.
To take effective steps ensuring that all production bottle-necks are addressed well in time for production strictly conforming to the governing specification/drawing.
To ensure proper maintenance of all the plant and machinery.
To maintain close follow up of all the jobs given to the job workers including review/progress of completion of jobs in time.
To ensure that orders are being dispatched on time
Must have good administrative control.

Candidate Profile |
Candidate should be B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical .Candidate should have knowledge of any of these areas- Utility, Operation & Maintenance. Candidate should be from paper industry. He will also possess excellent communication skills and capable of handling a diverse workforce. He will also have a thorough understanding of all technical aspects with a fine eye to the bottom line. Should have knowledge about ISO 9001:2008 |
